I started my career here 24 years ago in sales and doing what I love best – providing our most important asset, the customer with world class customer care.  It is my pleasure and privileged duty to exceed customer expectations every day.

With great pride, we carry on a legacy that started in 1934 providing the hospitality industry with high quality products and top notch customer service.  Listening to and anticipating customers’ needs is our #1 priority so they can focus on creating a flawless experience for their guests from check in to check out.

My current responsibility is for attaining and retaining national accounts with a focus on developing strong business partnerships and providing creative solutions to common business challenges. It’s exciting and rewarding to help customers’ visions become a reality.

My personal specialties include explaining how adding a Dollar Driver promotional piece to your luggage / valet / coat check or water bottle tags can wow your guests, get more positive reviews on TripAdvisor and / or get more Fans / Followers on your Social Media sites.
